Garage Youth Police Information Check
Police Information Checks are now available online. This process has to be done by you and takes about 15-20 minutes. By clicking the link below, the EPS Police Information Check page will open in a separate window. This will allow you to refer back to this page to help guide you through the process.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To help verify your identity, you will need to know your Social Insurance Number. Please have that handy before you start.

The cost is $15 which you will be required to pay in order to complete your submission. At the end of the process, you will be able to print a receipt for this expense. Please submit that to us and the church will reimburse you.

It will take about 10 days to get the results back. At that time, please either email me a copy (youth@refinerychurch.ca) or print it and drop that off at the church.

At the bottom of the Vulnerable Sector (VS) Consent, check "Agree" and then "Submit & Continue"

Work through and fill in the required information for the Demographics, Payment and Authentication sections. (Have your Social Insurance Number ready for the Authentiaction section.)
Download the receipt
On the bottom of the last page, you can download the receipt. Please email that to ethan@refinerychurch.ca so that we can reimburse you.
That's it! Your Garage Youth Volunteer Application is complete...almost.
It will take about 10 days for you to receive the results of your Police Information Check. Once you receive this, please contact Brooke MacKenzie (youth@refinerychurch.ca or 780-462-5233) for the next steps of getting involved with our youth at Refinery Church!
