Each weekend we need volunteers to help people feel welcome. From the moment they drive into the parking lot to the moment they leave, we strive to ensure people know that this is a place where they can relax and have fun. If hospitality is your gift there is an opportunity for you.
KIDZONE
​
Our kids areas are fun, high-energy environments where children from infants through 6th grade discover who Jesus is, learn to follow Him, and discover how to share His love with others. If you enjoy working with kids, there is an opportunity for you.
PRODUCTION TEAM
​
The Production Team manages all elements of the weekend experience including our online broadcast. Volunteers use their skills to produce the elements of lighting, audio, video, projection, and camera operation for each weekend service as well as assisting with Refinery Church Online. If you are creative and thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, then production is the perfect serving opportunity for you.
WORSHIP TEAM

Our worship team leads the music for each Sunday service. Both instrumentalists and vocalists work together to lead our church family in song. If you are a talented musician or vocalist, and you have a heart for leading others in worship and singing, there is an opportunity for you.
